Great article - thanks for sharing. I work with stakeholders all day, and one thing that has helped me manage my work is explaining that they have the idea, I have the execution, and it’s our job to collectively bridge that gap. We should utilize our respective expertise (mine in design, and theirs in the vision) to create and evolve the plan into something that is amazing. Even if it goes through iterations, leaning on everyone’s strengths is important.
